Q.What do we need to know about Notice of Readiness ?

NoR is used in voyage charters and is initiating part for commence of cargo ops...

What we need to know is where and when to send such NoR...

Some charter party is specifying Port but some are Berth ...

If port is mentioned, such NoR can be submitted just within the port limit

If Berth is mentioned  it is to be sent after Berth...

These are important for Owner Liability for Making ship ready for cargo ops  irrespective of any delays from charterers
