Q.Can a Ship Management Company designate a DPA, who does not work for the Management Company? If that designated person is already DPA for the Company he works for and owns, can he then be a DPA for 2 different Companies ? Can the Company still operate as a Ship Management Company, if they do not employ an Operations Manager, or Technical Manager, or HSE Manager?
