Mideast ships have multinational crew onboard.<br /> The crew are either Indian or Filipino. Few product tankers also have Pakistani crew onboard.<br /> The officers are of mixed nationalities. Officers are usually from India, Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia, Croatia and few other east European countries.
For Officers, manning is done by Anglo Eastern ship management, VGG Ship management (Earlier called Bibby Ship Management) and Aurus ship management. For Crew, the manning is done by Anglo Eastern ship management.
