Bahri has mixed nationality officers and crew in past but now they are recruiting more Arabic (egyptian,jordanian)and replacing other natinality officers.Egyptian standard is not up to mark.They dont have any office in any country.They recruit through maning agencies in other countries.Rest Salary, internet,food all excellent but again year by year cost reduction

Mideast ships have multinational crew onboard.
The crew are either Indian or Filipino. Few product tankers also have Pakistani crew onboard.
The officers are of mixed nationalities. Officers are usually from India, Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia, Croatia and few other east European countries.
