Surprisingly there are no guideline for implementation onboard , I searched internet quite alot.
For orals stanadard answer can be

2 routine checks
3 master's audit
4 monthly checks
5 continous follow up
6 crew motivation
7 team work
8 document verification
9 regular briefing
10 certification
11 DPA involvement
12 Emergency Preparedness
though i m just answering on basis of My ASM oral preparation may have some other answer I am open to learn new
but no such guideline by IMO for ship they are there for Flag and company
